I guess my daughter somewhat pointed me in the right direction. This is her reply to me when I sent an email asking her for ideas and I think it pretty well sums things up (probably from her child hood and memories of the things we did)..…
“Wally is a grandpa who makes cool stuff for his grandkids to play with when they come over to his house... that's his helmet that he talks to the guys on the moon with, I dunno, something silly like that. and he makes other stuff too. if you made that contraption what would you tell the boys that it did??and they think he is messing with them but then they believe the stuff works cuz he has it all planned out.... I think more... gotta get ready for naptime....”
